To book your place on a course, complete the enclosed form (do not forget to sign it) and return it with your full payment to:

A place will only be confirmed once payment has been
received. To receive a confirmation, make sure you write your email address on the enrolment form. If places are full, your payment will be returned to you.

Download an enrolment form here or call 020 8590 8050 to make your booking via telephone. If your friends wish to enrol, you may photocopy both sides of the enrolment form for them to complete. NB: places are available on a first come first serve basis.

By Post - Cheque or Credit / Debit Card*.....

Please make all cheques payable to 'Honey's Dance Academy' Please do not send cash through the post. To receive a confirmation, please ensure you include a valid email address on your enrolment form. If place are full, your payment will be returned to you.

By Phone - Credit / Debit Card.....

You may call 020 8590 8050 during office hours (Mon-Fri, 9.30- 5.30) or leave a message at any time with your contact details. We will then complete the form over the phone and take payment by credit card to secure your place.*

In Person - Cash, Cheque or Credit / Debit Card.....

Visit our offices during working hours or pay in class during the first week of term at your chosen area. If you are attending a FREE first week trial lesson then do bring along your payment, just in case you decide to enrol so we can confirm your place.
