The following learnings are also included: I have been interested in this style of dance for awhile, but I have never tried it before. This evercise DVD is an excellent starter for anyone, like me, that has an interest but doesn't know where to start! The wife loves it..., January 31, 2006 My wife was excited about the dance style after seeing The Guru and Bride and Prejudice. She uses the video every day... Hard, but a good workout, December 22, 2005 If I'm not doing cardio kickboxing or bellydancing, I like to try other exercises that will get my heart rate up, but still let me have some fun. That's why I got this DVD. It's not easy. It took me awhile to get the Bollywood dance section of the DVD and the other section is much harder, but its great that by exersicing you'll be able to learn new dance moves from another culture. I say don't give on the DVD, it'll get easier, but make sure you have enough space to move around because some of the moves really get you moving around. A very good workout!, November 27, 2005 This is a VERY effective and fun workout. I usually hate regular ways of exercising, but Honey Kalaria's Bollywood Workout video made it something I look forward to doing everyday. The only thing I didn't really like was that the camera angles kept changing so sometimes you couldn't see the moves they were doing, especially in the dance at the very end. Other than that, I'm really looking forward to seeing a second DVD. |
